Council-Member Burns Sets the Standard with Advanced Leadership Certification

Council-Member Burns is the only current council member, and the only candidate for Ward 6, who has earned the Association of Washington Cities Advanced Certificate of Municipal Leadership. To receive this certificate, Council-Member Burns completed over 60 hours of specialized training and demonstrated a record of volunteer service in our community. This certificate is a rare accomplishment and a deeply valuable asset in effectively representing the people of Ward 6.
