In my experience working with Joe on the Sedro-Woolley City Council, he consistently approached every responsibility with diligence, research, and thoughtful consideration. Joe always came to meetings fully prepared, not only having read the council packet, but having gone further by researching the subject matter and examining how each issue would impact the community. He stayed informed on the topics facing the council and consistently gave meaningful weight to the opinions of residents.
